He is particularly passionate about connecting life sciences and game development, combining business, technology, and creative design to build meaningful impact. Beyond his work at Psyon Games, Niko supports the broader game industry through advisory and board roles. He advises IGDA Finland and EXPA, and has years of experience serving as a board member in both organizations, contributing to the growth of local and global game development communities.
