Call for Abstracts is open: submit your talk!

The call for abstracts closes on October 15, 2025.

Games for Health Europe is seeking quality content to present and publish. There are two ways to submit:

  1. Share your ideas & results – Primarily aimed at practitioners and developers, but also open to academics eager to share their work with cross-disciplinary audiences and the general public.

  2. Share your research – Primarily aimed at researchers wishing to discuss and present their ongoing work, but also suitable for anyone interested in exploring the topic in greater depth.

The conference will feature multiple tracks of simultaneous presentations, along with daily plenary sessions to open and close the event, led by renowned keynote speakers. More than 60 professionals, all representing various stakeholders, will give brief yet impactful presentations on a wide range of topics.

The conference tracks will cover diverse areas of research, application, development, and implementation, all focused on the contributions that games and simulations are making towards improving health and healthcare.

FOCUS
Our focus lies on the tried and true, the lessons from currently implemented innovations, and how to take our own innovations to that stage. Gartner’s Hype Cycle shows us the maturation process of emerging technologies over time. What stage is your healthcare innovation currently at? How do you plan on moving beyond the hype?

SUBMIT
Please use the submission button below and provide
all required information according to the instructions. Incomplete information may result in rejection of your submission.

ACCCEPTANCE
Acceptance of your submission, following the review by our scientific committee, will be announced by November 15, 2025. This will give you ample time to prepare your presentation. Accepted speakers will be charged a reduced fee of €125 to support the organizational efforts and ensure all necessary resources are provided throughout the conference.
