PRESENTATION

From Game Design to Service Design

From “game design to service design” is a talk that is meant to inspire a re-examination of the design, development and implementation of applied games. Through this talk I would like to discuss how game design influences more than the target audience, and how there are consequences for professionals and organizations. Ultimately, organizations that are serious about innovation need to be prepared to be flexible with their modus operandi when adopting new tools like games. During the talk I would like to highlight the possibilities of designing and developing applied games as services.
