Marita Bossers is the executive director of Planetree and working in Europe. Marita has worked almost her entire career in health care as an advisor. Through this work, she has gained a lot of experience with strategic issues but also with day by day challenges in healthcare.

Improve engagement of staff (our recent experiences with Ria’s Escape Room)

Ria’s Escape Room- what we learned. Planetree started working with &happy in March 2019 and complements this valuable intervention with support in clarifying the desire for the development of a care organization and, of course, sustainably anchoring the newly gained experiences. Without this context, the risk of dilution is high. In this session we show 1st experiences and explain what is needed for a successful organization development.
