Hilbrand Jacobs

Hilbrand Jacobs is a project manager and driver of an integral system change in healthcare and social welfare in the city of Deventer. For many years, Hilbrand has been a manager in many governmental and non-governmental organizations. The common theme in his life has been to bring about a development and different relationships between government and. He has made his passion into his career, and currently he is a self-employed project manager.

Ontwikkelen in een systeem dat nog op oude mechanismes werkt is spannend voor alle betrokkenen. Alleen door te doen, te ervaren en samen te leren, groeit iedereen in het systeem mee. Complex Adaptieve ontwikkeling, niemand weet waar het uit komt. Door te spelen creëren we veiligheid en experimenteerruimte. Door onverwachte verbindingen ontstaat groei.
