Marc Feitsma LL.M MBA is MT-Member at BeBright a groundbreaking strategy and innovation company. Marc is known as a no-nonsense business driven, innovative and resourceful senior executive. He has more than 15 years valuable work experiences within three typical corporate A-brand companies. He combines this work experience with a proven successful track record in entrepreneurship, the last 7 years of his career.

Marc works agile and thinks human and digital and turns business insights into an inspiring vision, stronger positioning and innovative roadmaps. But he doesn’t stop there like many do. Securing an impactful execution in the organization is just as important for him.

Due his own experience – after a skiing accident – he is inspired how the health care market has been calling for transformational change to respond to the growing pressures and demands in the health and care systems. An important factor of transformation is best brought about ‘from within’, led by frontline staff and service users, and that it needs collaborative leadership styles. Technology is (nothing more but) a great enabler. BeBright understands the best of these both worlds.
