WORKSHOP GAMING FOR LYMPHOMA  2019

Designing UNMASK a citizen science game for the development of a vaccine against Lymphoma

Lypmphoma is amongst the deadliest cancers. Scientists have discovered about 10.000 DNA structures which could detect the evil cells and make them immune. It would take researchers about 10 years to specify the unique DNA structure to UNMASK the lymph cancer cells. With a citizen science game this research will speed up this proces significantly.
In this workshop the first concepts of a citizen science game will be designed in cooperation between researchers and game designers. As a scientist and member of the Advisory Board of Lymph & Co Karien will lead this workshop.
